How long does a repair take?

Most tune-ups are done same-day or next-day. Overhauls and parts-ordering may take 3–7 days depending on availability.

Do you service every brand?

Yes — road, mountain, city, kids and folding. If we can't help, we'll tell you upfront.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, please contact us so we can plan the repair time. We may be able to service your bike on the same day.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Labour is guaranteed for 5 days on the work performed. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty.

Can you pick up my bike?

If the bike cannot be fixed on your premises, we can arrange pickup and drop-off.

If you book individual repairs without a package, a service fee is added automatically: $60 for mobile on-site work, or $75 for workshop pick-up & drop-off (central Beirut). No extra fee is added when a package is selected. Replacement part costs are billed separately.
